As a basis Coresio provides an extensive Service Level Agreement (SLA). This SLA is designed to cover the client’s use of Coresio Infrastructure (limited to the physical boundaries of the Coresio Datacenter locations), the Coresio Virtualization layer and installed 3rd party operating systems.
Coresio is committed to providing the highest possible availability to its Partners and their customers. By availability we mean: Client’s ability to access or use the subscribed Coresio environment and resources within the committed timeframes
